Job summary

Century Golf Partners in Buckeye, AZ, seeks a Bartender to provide high-quality beverage production and service across club venues and events. You will maintain the bar, service areas, and storerooms, stocking and cleaning to keep bar ready at all times.

The role requires previous bartending experience, beverage knowledge, and certifications; you will operate the POS, serve guests professionally, and help exceed guest expectations. Rate of pay is $12.15 per hour plus tips.

Qualifications

• Previous bartending experience required.
• Knowledge of bar beverages, spirits, wine and beer.
• Familiarity with common cocktails and mixed drinks.
• Food Handler's Certification and AZ Title 4 Alcohol Server Certification.
• Commitment to guest satisfaction and excellence.
• Ability to pick up restaurant bar shifts as needed.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to approved recipes.
• Issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system.
• Assist with inventory of liquors, beers and wines per procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in bar area and polish glasses.
