Job summary

Guest Services, Inc. is seeking a Concert and Event Bartender in Phoenix to serve beverages at events with speed and courtesy. You will mix drinks, handle payments, and ensure proper billing while adhering to company standards and legal requirements.

You may be required to check IDs, maintain bar inventory, and keep the area clean and safe in a fast-paced hospitality setting. This is a full-time position at guest services venues.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Able to communicate with guests at high service levels.
• Able to pass cash handling and TIPS training.
• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Excellent sanitation habits.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate customers' needs with urgency.
• Fill drink and food orders from the bar or servers.
• Pour, mix, and serve drinks following recipes.
• Maintain liquor, garnishes, glassware and inventory for the bar.
• Take payment from customers.
• Check identification for alcohol purchases.
• Clean all bar equipment, tools, and supplies.
• Ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of the liquor room.
• Report safety issues to management.
