Job summary

Qualifications

• Familiar with common cocktails and mixed drinks.

Responsibilities

• Mix, prepare, and serve drinks according to recipes approved by management.
• Issue checks for drinks served via electronic input system.
• Assist with inventory of liquors, beers, wines by following procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness in bar area and keep glasses polished.
