Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer service experience, including branch operations.
• 2+ years of customer service; 6+ months of branch operations; 6–12 months with any consumer product.
• 3+ years of customer service; 6–12 months with any consumer product; 1+ year of team lead experience.

Responsibilities

• Support the department’s daily activities and answer incoming calls per standards.
• Independently resolve problems and contact appropriate personnel as needed.
• Maintain service levels and take action to meet targets.
• Fulfill advanced customer requests using various support systems and refer as needed.
• Process updates to deposit and loan accounts and input/retrieve information.
• Document or escalate issues to address customer concerns promptly.
• Provide operational support with Encore, Teller Delivery, Cash Dispensers, Remote Capture, MoneyGram, Fiserv Epoc, and S1 Portal.
