Qualifications

• Minimum of two years' customer service and cash handling experience.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Word, and Excel preferred.
• Strong communication and multi-tasking skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide high level of service to customers.
• Process checking, savings, loan, and CD transactions accurately.
• Perform customer and account maintenance.
• Handle inquiries about accounts, loans, debit cards, transfers, and research requests.
• Assess customer needs and refer products/services to banking partners.
