Heritage Bank NW is seeking a dedicated bank teller for the Oak Harbor Branch to assist customers with financial transactions and product recommendations. The role emphasizes exceptional service, accuracy, and adherence to security protocols in a fully onsite environment.

As a Level I or II teller, you will handle routine cash and customer interactions, support branch sales efforts, and contribute to a team-focused, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I).
• 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in financial services (Level II).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficiency with standard office equipment and computers; ability to learn new technologies quickly.

Responsibilities

• Builds and maintains strong relationships with customers and provides exceptional service.
• Performs routine paying/receiving duties and maintains an accurate cash drawer within authority limits.
• Promotes, explains, and refers bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintains confidentiality in customer requests and transactions.
• Complies with policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participates in branch marketing and sales promotions.
• Assists with branch administrative duties as required.
