Responsibilities

• Provide high-level service to customers in person and by phone.
• Process customer transactions including checking, savings, loans, and CDs accurately.
• Maintain and update customer accounts and perform routine maintenance tasks.
• Respond to customer inquiries and direct to banking partners as needed.
• Assess customer needs and recommend appropriate banking products and services.
