PennCrest Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative for our Gallitzin office. The CSR is responsible for performing a variety of banking functions in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations.

Key duties include delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships. Additional responsibilities include processing teller transactions, assisting with loan payments and opening new accounts, balancing the teller drawer, and promoting

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1–3 months related experience and/or training required.
• Successful completion of an introductory training program and comprehension test.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills; interact professionally with customers and colleagues.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy.
• Proficient in word processing and spreadsheet software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
• Process teller transactions, including deposits, cashing checks, and verifying endorsements.
• Process loan payments and assist customers with opening new accounts.
• Balance the teller drawer and ensure accuracy of currency, coins, and checks.
• Educate customers on and promote PennCrest Bank products and services.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with bank regulations and security standards.

PennCrest Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Representative (CSR) for our Gallitzin office.

The CSR is responsible for performing a variety of banking functions in compliance with Bank policies, procedures, and regulations. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Delivering exceptional customer service and building positive customer relationships.
• Processing teller transactions, including accepting deposits, cashing checks, and verifying transaction accuracy, amounts, and endorsements.
• Processing loan payments and assisting customers with opening new accounts.
• Maintaining and balancing the teller drawer, including currency, coin, and checks, to ensure accuracy and accountability.
• Educating customers on and promoting the Bank's products and services to meet their financial needs.
• Ensuring compliance with all applicable banking regulations, policies, and procedures while maintaining confidentiality and security standards.

Requirements

A high school diploma or equivalent (GED), one to three months related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
