You will engage with customers, promote banking products, and help maintain accurate transaction processing in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Engagement: Serve as the face of the bank, delivering friendly and professional service; handle inquiries and resolve issues; build relationships and identify customer needs.
• Sales & Relationship Development: Recommend banking products and services; identify referral opportunities; support branch service goals.
• Transactions & Operations: Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently; balance cash; assist with ATM, night deposit, and safe deposit functions.
• Teamwork & Growth: Participate in team initiatives and training, support other departments as needed; contribute to a positive team environment.
