Chesapeake Bank is seeking a Part-Time Customer Service Associate to join our retail team. In this role you will handle transactions, assist customers, and promote our banking products with a friendly, service-oriented approach.

You will work on the teller line and at the service desk, balancing cash drawers and processing transactions while delivering a positive customer experience across our community bank locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 1 year of Retail, Sales or customer service experience.
• 6 months of cash handling experience preferred.
• 1 year of financial institution experience preferred.
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
• Willingness to work weekends as needed or scheduled.
