Job summary

Truist is seeking a Part-time Universal Banker to deliver a top-tier client experience, process transactions accurately, and identify clients’ financial needs.

You will educate clients on digital banking, assist with outbound outreach, and support IRM activities, with weekend availability as needed.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, PC proficiency, and flexibility to work at a branch on shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Two years teller or cash handling or client service experience.
• Six months client relationship building or sales experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• PC keyboard and software skills for branch automation.
• Ability to multi-task under time constraints.
• Proficiency in basic computer applications (MS Office).
• Ability to travel to accommodate temporary staffing needs.
• Ability to work weekends or extended hours with travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Provide a distinctive client experience and handle transactions with accuracy.
• Educate clients on digital self-service solutions (ATMs, Online/Mobile banking).
• Support sales via outbound calls and identify client needs.
• Understand Integrated Relationship Management (IRM) concepts.
• Participate in Retail Community Bank Leadership routines.
• Attend training to advance product knowledge and service skills.
• Adhere to internal controls, policies and risk management.
• Serve as secondary contact for new accounts and issue resolution.
