Job summary

TD Bank is seeking a part-time Customer Service Associate in Philadelphia, PA. You will deliver everyday banking transactions, assist clients, and act as the hospitality ambassador of the center, guiding traffic and ensuring a high-touch experience.

You will identify client needs, educate them on products and digital tools, and refer to specialists as appropriate to help achieve financial goals while following risk and regulatory standards. Requires 1+ years of client-facing experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required and customer-facing experience preferred.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients (volunteering, education, military experience acceptable).
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client-facing setting preferred.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Delivers everyday banking transactions with accuracy and efficiency.
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador at the financial center, guiding client flow and delivering a high-touch experience.
• Identifies client needs, makes referrals to specialists, and deepens relationships.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and financial well-being.
• Handles inbound/outbound inquiries and coordinates with partners to meet client goals.
• Adheres to TD risk and regulatory standards in all transactions.
