Job summary

TD Bank in Manchester, NJ is seeking an Associate Banker I for a 30-hour, part-time schedule. You will act as the hospitality ambassador, handling everyday banking with accuracy and helping clients reach financial goals while maintaining TD’s risk framework.

You’ll be the first point of contact, educating clients on products and self-serve options, and referring to specialists as needed to support long-term relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1 year demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience preferred.
• Ability to work during evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, acting as a hospitality ambassador of the location.
• Deliver accurate, efficient everyday banking transactions and deepen relationships by identifying needs.
• Educate clients on banking products and self-serve solutions, referring to partners when appropriate.
• Demonstrate knowledge of basic banking products to evaluate and recommend client solutions.
• Maintain compliance with policies, risk controls, and AML requirements.
