Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone), serving as the first point of contact for client inquiries, issue resolution, and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences aligned to TD’s service strategy.
• Educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience, save time, and support financial well-being, while connecting them to specialists as needed to achieve long-term goals.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs and deepening opportunities.
• Balances client needs with sound judgment, policy adherence, and risk awareness to ensure compliant and responsible outcomes.
• Identifies potential discrepancies, material changes or risk indicators and escalates appropriately in accordance with policy and procedure.
