Qualifications

• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization and communication skills.
• Demonstrated problem-solving and independent work ability.
• Notary License preferred.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by managing client flow and inquiries.
• Serves as the hospitality ambassador of the financial center with a high-touch experience.
• Educates clients on banking products and digital capabilities to enhance convenience.
• Engages in proactive outreach and referrals to specialists as needed.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness.
