Job summary

TD Bank in Hollywood, Florida is hiring for a front-line client service role. As the first point of contact, you will deliver everyday banking, open and maintain consumer accounts, and guide clients to the right partners while upholding TD's risk standards.

You will engage customers with a high-touch, hospitality-focused approach, build trust, and help clients achieve their financial goals through accurate guidance and referral to specialists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ years demonstrated experience working with clients.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a client facing/financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work during operating hours to include evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Ability to complete required job-related training upon hire.
• Strong organization skills to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to be concise, clear and consistent.
• Demonstrated effective problem-solving skills.
• Demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize work.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and within deadlines.
• Sound judgment in decision making and problem solving.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Orchestrates the overall client experience by effectively managing client flow (in-person and phone).
• Serves as a hospitality ambassador for the financial center, delivering consistent, relationship-driven client experiences.
• Creates personalized, client-first interactions that build trust and strengthen ongoing relationships.
• Proactively educates clients on banking products, services, and digital capabilities to enhance convenience and support financial well-being.
• Engages clients through proactive outreach, including scheduling appointments for consumer account needs.
• Balances client needs with policy adherence and risk awareness to ensure compliant outcomes.
• Advocates for clients with empathy, integrity, and a long-term perspective.
