Qualifications

• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients, guiding them through the banking experience.
• Deliver accurate, everyday banking transactions and account maintenance.
• Educate clients on banking products and digital capabilities; refer to specialists as needed.
• Maintain compliance with risk policies and assist with referrals to appropriate partners.
