Job summary

TD Bank in Manchester, NH is seeking an Associate Banker II for 20 hours per week. You will deliver everyday banking and consumer product support by building meaningful relationships with clients, helping them feel informed and empowered while upholding risk standards.

As the hospitality ambassador of the financial center, you will manage client flow, educate customers on digital tools, and refer opportunities to specialists.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of experience working with clients in a service environment.
• Teller or cash-handling experience in a financial institution preferred.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Strong organization and prioritization skills; good written and spoken communication.
• Notary license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries and referrals to appropriate partners.
• Deliver everyday banking transactions and educate clients on products and digital capabilities.
• Act as hospitality ambassador and manage client flow at the financial center.
• Identify client needs and connect them to suitable banking solutions and specialists.
• Ensure compliance with policies, risk controls, AML, and regulatory requirements.
