Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of tasks across multiple store areas, including customer transactions, opening new accounts, and educating customers on TD products and services.
• Deliver end-to-end advice by building trust with educational content and proactive recommendations.
• Engage customers to acquire and deepen relationships using TD systems and tools.
• Identify customer needs and promote appropriate TD products/services or refer to the right expert.
• Service customers on teller lines and platforms, handling deposits, withdrawals, and card issues.
