Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to join the branch team in a part-time role. You will welcome clients, open accounts, and provide personalized service using Chase Mobile App and other digital tools.

You will work with the branch team to help clients achieve their financial goals and ensure a positive customer experience. You will learn products quickly, stay compliant with banking regulations, and contribute to a collaborative, service-driven environment focused on empathy

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow.
Open accounts and provide account servicing while following policies and procedures.
Educate clients on day-to-day banking using Chase Mobile App, Chase.com and ATMs.
Build relationships by listening and asking questions to meet client financial goals.
Perform branch operations, including cash devices and adherence to bank policies.
