Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. is seeking an Associate Banker to represent our brand with hospitality and modern banking solutions.

In this role you will build trusted relationships with clients, help them achieve financial goals, and support the branch's success through a high level of service and teamwork. You will guide clients through everyday transactions, open new accounts, and leverage Chase Mobile App and online tools to enhance their experience.

Responsibilities

• Create a welcoming environment by greeting clients and managing lobby flow with attentive service.
• Exceed client expectations by providing account servicing and maintenance as well as opening new accounts, while complying with policies.
• Educate and assist clients with day-to-day banking transactions including Chase Mobile App and ATMs.
• Build relationships by listening, asking questions, demonstrating empathy, and sharing product knowledge with the team.
• Perform branch operations, including managing cash devices such as the cash vault and ATMs, per bank policies.
