Heritage Bank NW seeks a part-time bank teller for the Mill Creek branch in Mill Creek, WA. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, handling routine transactions, and supporting branch sales efforts.

The schedule is Monday through Friday 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., onsite with flexibility for training or absences. Base salary ranges per Level I/II, with opportunities for advancement based on qualifications.

Qualifications

• 6 months customer service experience (Level I).
• 1 year cash handling and customer service experience in financial services (Level II).
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient computer skills; learns new technologies quickly.
• DNA or Fiserv familiarity preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers.
• Perform routine paying/receiving duties and maintain accurate cash drawer.
• Promote, explain, and refer bank products and services based on customer needs.
• Maintain confidentiality of customer requests and transactions.
• Comply with policies, procedures, security and regulatory requirements.
• Participate in branch marketing and sales promotions.
