• Ability to use/learn current technology and software applications related to position.

Responsibilities

• Receives and fields incoming customer service calls via telephone.
• Promotes strong and lasting customer relationships in a professional Call Center environment.
• Understands customer needs and identifies opportunities to grow the bank.
• Delivers exceptional customer service and maintains security over customer information.
• Performs duties on time and refers customers to appropriate personnel as needed.

Education
