Niagara Falls Culinary Institute (NFCI) seeks a part‑time Instructor to teach courses in the Baking and Pastry Arts program. Classes are held on the NFCI campus in downtown Niagara Falls.
$1,008 per lecture hour; $903 per lab hour.
Ability to work with and teach a diverse student population; speak in front of groups; effectively communicate with students, co- workers, supervisors, and the campus community; develop, prepare, and present information; operate computers; and perform the physical duties of the position.
Associate’s degree in baking and pastry or culinary arts OR an associate’s or bachelor’s degree with two years of baking and pastry experience.
Remuneration: $1,008 per lecture hour; $903 per lab hour.
