Sodexo is seeking a part-time Baker for Minnesota State University Moorhead in Minnesota. You will prepare baked goods per recipes and production specs, ensure high quality in taste and appearance, and follow Sodexo culinary standards to delight guests.

Physical duties include standing for long periods and lifting up to 50 pounds as needed. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and up to 1 year of related bakery experience, with a willingness to work any shift.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 0 to 1 year of related work experience.
• Experience in a specialized bakery or pastry role preferred.

Responsabilités

• Check daily production schedules and follow recipes to prepare baked items from scratch.
• Accurately weigh and measure ingredients; mix, shape, and bake doughs and batters.
• Regulate oven temps and monitor baking times to ensure quality.
• Set up, stock, and maintain the bake shop area; keep it clean and organized.
• Attend shifts on time and accommodate special requests as needed.
• Other duties may be assigned depending on business needs.
