Job description

Base pay range

$17.75/hr - $17.75/hr

This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and making every shopping visit pleasant. Responsibilities include following proper bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Requirements include being at least 16 years old, possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and completing required training.

Skills and qualifications

• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and communicate effectively in English.
• Basic math skills, such as adding and subtracting two-digit numbers.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and handle problems involving concrete variables.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, lift up to 40 pounds, and perform other physical tasks as described.
