Base Pay Range

$17.40/hr - $17.40/hr

This is a part-time position. Primary responsibilities include:

1. Providing excellent customer service by satisfying customer needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience.
2. Following correct bagging procedures, offering carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

Requirements include:

1. Being at least 16 years old.
2. Possessing excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
3. Completing required training and working effectively with the team.
4. Ability to read, comprehend, and write in English.
5. Basic math skills (adding and subtracting two-digit numbers).
6. Applying common sense to carry out instructions and solve problems.
7. Completing company training, including new hire orientation, safety, and technical skills.
8. Meeting physical demands such as standing, walking, lifting up to 40 pounds, and other physical activities as described.
