Job Title: Customer Service Associate (Part-Time)

This is a part-time position. The primary responsibility is to take excellent care of our customers by satisfying their needs, exceeding expectations, and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience. Key duties include following proper bagging procedures, providing carryout and parcel pickup services, loading merchandise into customer vehicles, and returning shopping carts to the store.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Performance: Must be able to perform all essential duties satisfactorily. Reasonable accommodations may be made for individuals with disabilities. Associates must be at least 16 years old.
2. Personal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Willingness to participate in training and work collaboratively to increase customer satisfaction and sales.
3. Language Skills: Ability to read and understand simple instructions, memos, and correspondence in English. Ability to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small group settings in English.
4. Mathematical Skills: Ability to perform basic addition and subtraction with two-digit numbers.
