Fastenal Co. in Green Bay, WI is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate to support B2B sales and customer service at our 1270 Russett Ct location. The role emphasizes consultative selling of inventory management solutions and building relationships with new and existing customers.

The ideal candidate is motivated, customer-oriented, and able to handle basic math, data entry, and driving to client sites as needed. The position offers up to 28 hours per week, with a schedule including weekdays.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older
• Valid driver's license and ability to meet driving record requirements to use a company vehicle
• Degree or related work experience in Customer Service or industry
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficient computer skills
• Sales aptitude and desire to sell
• Highly motivated, self directed and customer service oriented
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing abilities
• Strong problem solving, deductive reasoning and decision making skills
• Demonstrate core values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork
• Lift, slide, carry and lower packages that typically weigh 25lbs-50lbs and may weigh up to 75lbs

Responsabilités

• Supporting business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
• Providing value to customer through a consultative sales approach
• Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
• Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
