Fastenal Co. is seeking a Part-time Sales Associate at its Casper, WY branch. This role focuses on B2B sales, customer service, and building relationships with leads, referrals, and prospects from our Wilkins Circle location.

You will provide consultative value, coordinate resources for service needs, and perform local sales calls using a company vehicle. This position is on-site with flexible part-time hours and requires strong communication and math aptitude.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Driver's license with clean driving record.
• Business, Sales, Marketing or related study OR customer service/industry experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and self-motivation.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing.
• Problem solving and deductive reasoning.
• Core values: ambition, innovation, integrity, teamwork.
• Ability to lift 25–50 lbs (up to 75 lbs).
• Pass drug screen where required.

Responsibilities

• Supporting business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities

• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
• Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
