Fastenal Co. is hiring a Part-time Sales Associate for the PAMIT Public Store in New Columbia, PA. The role focuses on B2B sales, building relationships, and delivering value through our inventory management solutions.

The position requires a valid drivers license, strong communication skills, and a customer-first mindset. You will work up to 28 hours per week at the New Columbia branch, with a focus on service excellence and local sales support.

Formación

• 18 years of age or older.
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record.
• Pursuing or holding degree in Business/Sales/Marketing or related field OR relevant work experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication.
• Proficient computer skills.
• Strong sales aptitude and customer service focus.
• Motivated, self-directed and customer-focused.
• Strong math aptitude, attention to detail and urgency.
• Strong organization, planning and prioritizing skills.
• Values of ambition, innovation, integrity and teamwork.
• Ability to lift 25lbs-50lbs (up to 75lbs).
• Pass drug screen in applicable US regions.

Responsabilidades

• Supporting business to business (B2B) sales and customer service activities
• Providing value to customer through a consultative sales approach
• Developing new and growing existing relationships from leads, referrals and prospecting
• Coordinating resources to respond to customer service needs
• Performing local sales calls driving a company vehicle to customer sites
• Performing other duties as needed to ensure branch success
