America’s Auto Auction (Wisconsin) is seeking an ambitious Outside Sales Representative to grow the territory, engage dealers, and expand consignment volume within the auto auction industry. This field-based role requires building new dealer relationships, growing existing accounts, increasing digital auction participation, and advising dealership partners.

Travel is required across the territory, with a 9-5 weekday schedule, base salary $45,000 plus monthly commission, car allowance, cell

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years in outside/territory sales, business development, or account management.
• Proven ability to develop new business and hit sales goals.
• Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and consultative selling skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and grow a territory of automotive dealers, consignors, and partners.
• Generate new business through prospecting, networking, events, and referrals.
• Conduct in-person dealership visits to promote services and drive participation.
• Deliver product demonstrations, onboarding support, and training for digital tools.
• Maintain CRM records and monitor pipeline, forecasts, and activity.
• Represent the company professionally at auctions, trade shows, and events.
