Qualifications

• Strong organizational and data-tracking skills using spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• JPM PaymentNet/Visa reconciliation of credit card expenditures.
• Procure supplies and equipment through Banner PO system.
• Process payment requests for travel, invoices and services.
• Compile pay data and process payments for officials via RefQuest/Arbiter.
• Prepare summary sheets and record deposits on Revenue Tracker.
• Track and update budget revenues and expenses.
• Complete hotel credit card authorizations for team stays.
• Track tax exemption certificates as needed.
• Assist with EADA/NCAA demographics and surveys.
• Greet prospective students and parents when needed.
