Job summary

Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy.

You will support Lead Teacher and nurture curiosity, confidence, kindness, and growth in young learners. Responsibilities include delivering age-appropriate activities, maintaining a safe and organized space, engaging with children and families, and assisting with attendance and daily reports.

• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

What Your Day Looks Like

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $11.00-$12.75 per hour, based on experience and education.
