Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher in Conway, AR to support Lead Teachers in creating a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. You will help deliver engaging activities that foster curiosity, kindness, and growth for young learners.

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $11.00-$12.75 per hour, based on experience and education.
