Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher to help create a classroom filled with discovery, creativity, learning, and joy. You will support young learners alongside your Lead Teacher, delivering hands-on activities and stories that encourage curiosity and growth.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families and a positive role model within our collaborative teaching team dedicated to engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun early childhood education.

Responsabilidades

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
• Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

Your role

From hands-on activities and storytelling to everyday learning moments, you will help shape a warm and welcoming environment where children feel safe, supported, and excited to explore the world around them.

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements

Pay And Benefits

Pay:$11.00-14.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
