Job summary

Child Development Schools, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Teacher to join a warm, collaborative classroom. You will support the Master Teacher with age-appropriate lessons, help maintain a safe, clean environment, and engage children through hands-on activities, storytelling, and daily routines.

• Build relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
• Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports

You will serve as a trusted partner to families, a positive role model for children, and an important part of our collaborative teaching team dedicated to making early childhood education engaging, nurturing, safe, and fun.

What Your Day Looks Like

• Support the Master Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
• Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time

Pay And Benefits

Pay: $11.00-$14.00 per hour, based on experience and education.
