Dollar Tree Stores in Perkasie, PA is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with daily tasks, supervise associates, and help ensure store standards.

The role requires a high school diploma or equivalent, store-management experience preferred, strong communication and problem-solving skills, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. This is a part-time position with opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Must lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.

Responsabilités

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers with questions and concerns in a positive manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Process corporate directives and communications related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional effectiveness of store fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits and loss prevention.
• Maintain a well-stocked store and organized stockroom.
• Protect company assets, including store cash.
• Adhere to policies and safety guidelines.
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment with customers and staff.
• Keep store clean, bathrooms stocked, floors swept and mopped, trash removed.
• Other duties as assigned.
