Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor; maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities.
• Maintain promotional fixtures, displays, and overall visual standards.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, process damaged items, record-keeping, payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Supervise, train, and develop store associates; ensure a safe, respectful environment.
