Dollar Tree, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development in a fast-paced retail environment.

This role will assist with daily store activities, onboard and coach associates, and help ensure a clean, safe, and welcoming shopping experience for customers. The position emphasizes leadership, operational efficiency, and collaboration with the Store Manager to drive sales and excellent service.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Store management experience in retail/grocery/drug store preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills required.
• Ability to supervise and develop store associates.

Mansioni

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Provide excellent customer service and address questions.
• Organize merchandise and maintain seasonal areas.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling duties.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and loss prevention efforts.
