Self Storage Plus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to assist with daily operations across our storage facilities. This role focuses on leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting to drive performance and tenant satisfaction.

The position is part-time, non-exempt, and requires flexibility to work at multiple locations, with responsibilities that include maintaining facilities, tours of amenities, and timely response to inquiries and issues.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the day-to-day operations of the storage facility, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Perform regular property maintenance checks and daily property walks to ensure safety and security.
• Uphold cleanliness standards and perform cleaning tasks as needed.
• Explain terms of occupancy and leasing, conduct tours, and respond to customer inquiries and complaints promptly.
