Self Storage Plus is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run day-to-day operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and maintenance of our storage facilities.

The role emphasizes safety, cleanliness, responsive service, and efficient reporting while offering part-time hours and a pay range of $18.00–$20.50 per hour. We operate across multiple locations in the Washington-Baltimore region with opportunities for growth.

Formación

• Analytical and problem-solving abilities to support operations and reporting.

• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office for reporting and communications.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Maintain the property through regular maintenance checks and daily property walks to ensure safety and security.
• Uphold cleanliness standards throughout the property and assist with cleaning duties as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, explain terms of occupancy/leasing agreements, and conduct property tours.
• Respond to customer complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Follow company policies to maximize efficiency, minimize costs, and ensure a positive tenant experience.
