Extra Space Storage is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations across one or more self-storage locations. The role emphasizes maintaining high cleanliness standards, building customer relationships, and driving sales through rentals and ancillary products.

You will work under the guidance of the District Manager and Store Manager, with day shifts and potential Sunday closings depending on location. A reliable communicator with a passion for helping people will thrive here.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of customer-facing work experience.
• High School diploma or GED required; college education is a plus.
• Current valid driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle for daily deposits and travel.

Responsabilités

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships by identifying storage needs and providing tailored solutions.
• Maximize sales objectives through unit rentals, unit insurance, and moving supplies.
• Ensure cleanliness standards through regular site maintenance of the building, grounds, offices, and surrounding areas.
• Perform daily site safety inspections, including lock checks.
• Address and resolve customer concerns related to billing, security, auctions, and site usage.
• Handle cash transactions, balance receipts, delinquent payments, process payments, and complete daily deposits.
