Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with the management of property operations, including leasing, customer relations, rent collection, and financial reporting.
• Maintaining the property through regular maintenance checks and daily property walks for safety and security.
• Upholding cleanliness standards throughout the property and performing cleaning tasks as needed.
• Respond to customer inquiries, explain terms of occupancy/leasing agreements, and conduct tours.
• Address customer complaints and emergencies promptly and professionally.
• Follow company policies to maximize efficiency and ensure a positive tenant experience.
