Job summary

Lids is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily operations, coach a team, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced retail environment. You will drive sales, manage schedules, and ensure visual standards and inventory control are upheld.

As a key member of the store team, you will mentor staff, execute company directives, and maintain a welcoming, high-performance atmosphere consistent with Lids standards.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to drive sales and minimize loss.
• Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Capable of training and guiding team members.
• Effective scheduling and staffing abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead store operations as Manager on Duty when needed.
• Execute selling strategy to hit KPIs and provide excellent service.
• Maintain visual merchandising and store cleanliness.
• Oversee inventory, pricing changes, and product counts.
• Open/close procedures and cash handling with accuracy.
• Support recruiting and training of staff.
