The role focuses on aiding the Store Manager, supervising associates, ensuring inventory accuracy, handling opening/closing procedures, and maintaining a safe, clean store. Part-time position with opportunities for growth and development within the team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; ability to read, interpret, and explain directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Able to lift and perform demanding physical tasks as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing associates.
• Maintain clean, stocked, and organized store areas to company standards.
• Protect store assets and adhere to safety policies.
