Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail/store management experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as part of daily duties.
• Strong communication, organization, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store operations and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize, stock, and transfer merchandise from delivery to sales floor, maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures and ensure store standards are met.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll/scheduling/cash handling, and loss prevention.
