Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and explain operational directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills.
• Able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers with questions in a friendly manner.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Maintain promotional displays and fixtures.
• Assist in ordering merchandise and loss prevention.
• Keep sales floor and stockroom neat and stocked.
• Protect store assets and cash handling.
• Support the Store Manager in training Store Associates.
• Ensure a safe, respectful environment for customers and team.
