Job summary

The position requires the ability to manage daily tasks, assist with payroll/scheduling, and uphold company policies while ensuring safety and high standards across the floor and stockroom.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required/preferred.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform frequent walking/standing tasks.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and written skills required.
• Ability to thrive in a high-energy team environment and provide great customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store operations and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing, stocking, and moving merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives and maintain store communications and records (payroll, scheduling, cash handling).
• Maintain clean, organized store areas and security of assets.
