Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred; read and explain directives.
• Retail store management experience preferred in a similar environment.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day store activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Maintain store areas and ensure a well-stocked floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect and secure all company assets, including store cash.
• Help supervise, train, and develop Store Associates and promote a respectful environment.
